
What are Wetake's policies on refunds and cancellations?
Wetake's refund and cancellation policies are designed to ensure a fair and satisfying experience for both creators and learners. For attendees, refunds are available under specific circumstances:
Late Arrival: If a creator is more than 15 minutes late for a live session, attendees are eligible for a refund.
No Show: Attendees can receive a refund if the creator fails to show up.
Content Quality: If the live session's quality doesn't match the learner's request or the provided description, we encourage attendees to contact our support team to assess eligibility for a refund according to our policy.
For creators, once a live session is published, it cannot be cancelled. Similarly, once a live session is purchased by a learner, refunds are issued only if the above conditions apply.
